Qualifications & Experience Sought:
- Active South Carolina teaching license with Multi-Categorical (Multi-Cat) endorsement in Elementary; PreK certification a plus
- Proven success developing IEPs and providing customized support for students with varied learning needs
- Fluency in English and Spanish required, with the ability to deliver effective bilingual instruction
- Experience teaching elementary grades (1st–5th) in Math and English Language Arts
- Strong communication and collaboration skills when working with students, families, and colleagues
What You’ll Do:
- Provide differentiated instruction in inclusive and/or resource settings for students in grades 1–5, adapting materials as needed for academic growth in ELA and Math
- Develop, implement, and monitor Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) to ensure student access to grade-level content
- Work closely with classroom teachers, specialists, and parents to promote language development and support bilingual learners
- Track student progress, adjust teaching strategies, and maintain compliance with all state and federal requirements
- Foster a positive, nurturing environment where every learner feels valued and confident
