- Participate actively in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions

Desired Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Special Education or a closely related field
- Valid Kansas Professional Teaching License
- Kansas Special Education endorsement/certification relevant to the assigned grade and population
- Demonstrated skill developing and managing IEPs in accordance with state and federal guidelines
- Strong communication, teamwork, and classroom management abilities
- Previous school-based teaching experience is highly valued
