- A Bachelor’s degree or higher in Special Education or a closely related discipline
- A valid Kansas Professional Teaching License
- Kansas Special Education endorsement/certification appropriate for the position
- Proficiency in developing, managing, and implementing IEPs in accordance with state and federal guidelines
- Excellent communication skills, a collaborative spirit, and sound classroom management abilities
- Previous experience in a school-based setting (preferred)
