What you’ll do:
- Provide direct instruction and build positive relationships with students in the LIFT Program
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) for each student
- Collaborate with fellow educators, support staff, and families to promote student success
- Use evidence-based practices to address both academic and functional life skills
- Maintain accurate records and provide ongoing progress reports
- Foster a supportive, inclusive, and engaging classroom environment
