Desired Qualifications & Experience:
- Valid Special Education Teacher certification with either a 144 or 145 endorsement
- Experience working with middle school-aged children, particularly in a special education setting
- Strong understanding of intervention strategies and individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Exceptional communication skills to collaborate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues
- Ability to adapt teaching methods and materials to meet diverse learning needs
- Commitment to fostering a supportive, inclusive classroom environment
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver targeted intervention services for students identified as needing special education support
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) tailored to each student’s strengths and areas for growth
