Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to each student’s needs
- Provide academic and behavioral interventions in both inclusion and resource room settings
- Monitor and report on student progress, maintaining accurate records
- Collaborate with general education teachers, parents, and service providers to support each student’s development
- Utilize a variety of instructional techniques to accommodate diverse learning styles
- Participate in IEP meetings, staff development, and ongoing professional learning
