What You’ll Bring:
- Valid Special Education Teacher certification with 460 or 145 endorsement (Middle School Intervention)
- Prior experience in a classroom, preferably middle school level or working with intervention caseloads
- Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset
- Commitment to in-person instruction, 40 hours per week, in a full-time role
What You’ll Do:
- Serve as an inclusion and resource teacher for a maximum caseload of 20 middle school students
- Develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs)
- Work closely with general education teachers, paraprofessionals, and support staff
- Adapt instruction and provide interventions tailored to student needs
- Foster a positive, encouraging learning environment for diverse learners
