ProCare Therapy is seeking dedicated Special Education Teachers to support an elementary resource caseload in the Maple Grove, Minnesota area for the 2026–2027 school year. These full-time, onsite positions are within a highly regarded school district and focus on delivering individualized instruction while supporting students with diverse learning needs. This opportunity is ideal for educators experienced in special education services, IEP development, and inclusive classroom support.
Work Schedule:
- Full-time (37.5 hours per week)
- Monday–Friday schedule
- 2026–2027 school year (September 8, 2026 – June 10, 2027)
- On-site elementary school setting
- 2 openings available
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide specialized instruction aligned with Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Support students in a resource classroom setting
- Develop, implement, and monitor IEP goals and accommodations
- Collaborate with general education teachers, staff, and families
- Conduct assessments and track student progress
- Ensure compliance with IDEA and Minnesota education standards
- Foster a supportive and inclusive learning environment
Required Qualifications:
- Valid Minnesota Special Education Teaching License
- Tier 3 or Tier 4 certification required
- Bachelor’s degree required (Master’s preferred)
- Experience in elementary special education or resource settings preferred
- Strong communication, organizational, and teamwork skills
Compensation & Benefits:
