What you'll bring:
- Valid Ohio Moderate to Intense Intervention Specialist License (required)
- In-depth knowledge of individualized education programs (IEPs) and special education best practices
- Experience teaching or supporting students with moderate to intensive needs
- Strong communication and collaborative skills, especially in multidisciplinary teams
- Familiarity with Cincinnati-specific school and district compliance requirements
- Passion for fostering inclusive, supportive learning environments
Key responsibilities:
- Design and implement individualized education plans for all students on the caseload
- Deliver engaging and effective instruction tailored to diverse learning styles and needs
- Collaborate with families, general educators, therapists, and administrators to support each student's progress
