Duties & Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement individualized education plans for students across three SPED classrooms

- Maintain up-to-date and accurate student records, progress notes, and required documentation
- Partner with general educators and support staff to support students’ participation in inclusive activities
- Provide direct instructional support, intervention, and behavioral strategies within the classroom
- Participate in IEP meetings, parent conferences, and professional development as needed
- Foster a safe, positive, and respectful classroom environment
