Qualifications:
- Valid and active Special Education license (PELSB/MDE required)
- ASD teaching experience strongly preferred
- Tier 2 or higher credential for special education
- Ability to manage a caseload of up to 10 students
- Previous experience in a school setting working with Paras and Interveners is a plus
Responsibilities:
- Provide specialized instruction to students with Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
- Coordinate and collaborate with supporting Paras and an Intervener to ensure student success
- Develop and implement individualized learning goals and effective strategies
- Maintain accurate records and timely documentation for each student
- Participate actively in team meetings and communicate with families and school staff
