This assignment will immerse you in the “Ready, Set, Launch” program, a specialized, center-based initiative focused on supporting elementary students with unique learning profiles, particularly those with autism and distinctive developmental needs. Qualifications:
- Must hold a valid Minnesota Tier 3 or Tier 4 Special Education Teaching License.
- Demonstrated experience working with students on the autism spectrum and/or with diverse developmental needs is strongly preferred.
- Strong collaborative skills and dedication to individualized student support.
- Resume submission is required for consideration.
Responsibilities:
- Provide specialized instruction to a caseload within the Ready, Set, Launch Program at the elementary level.
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized education plans (IEPs).
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to foster positive learning outcomes.
- Advocate for students’ needs and communicate effectively with families and staff.
