Qualifications:
- Active Minnesota Special Education Teaching License (PELSB/MDE required)
- ASD teaching experience preferred; Tier 2 status required
- Previous experience managing small caseloads (up to 10 students)
- Strong collaboration skills working with paraprofessional and intervener teams
Responsibilities:
- Deliver specialized instruction, accommodations, and modifications for a diverse caseload
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Collaborate with school staff, paraprofessionals, and families to support student success
- Foster a positive, inclusive classroom environment
- Maintain accurate records and communication about student progress
