- Provide instructional and academic support within inclusive classroom settings
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Provide specialized instruction and classroom accommodations
- Collaborate with general education teachers, school staff, and families
- Monitor student progress toward academic and behavioral goals
- Maintain accurate documentation and compliance records
- Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions
- Support student success in inclusive learning environments
Qualifications
- Active Indiana Special Education Teacher License
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Experience working with students with diverse learning needs preferred
- Ability to effectively support students in general education settings
