Key Qualifications:

- Commitment to creating accessible, supportive classroom experiences for all learners
Primary Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement individualized education plans to meet each student’s unique needs
- Collaborate with other teachers, support staff, and family members to strengthen student learning
- Monitor progress, document outcomes, and adjust instructional approaches as needed
- Foster a safe and inclusive classroom environment
- Participate in IEP meetings, professional development sessions, and school activities as part of a dedicated educational team
