Special Education Teacher | Molina, Colorado

With six openings available, there is an excellent opportunity to collaborate with a network of professionals and help foster student success. Each teacher will work at a single school site, managing either a mild/moderate caseload (approximately 25 students) or a significant needs group (8–10 students), depending on assignment.
Key Qualifications:
- Valid Colorado Special Education Teacher license required
- Experience with special education caseload management and individualized instruction
- Ability to work travel assignments (open to local and non-local candidates)
- Adaptable to serving different age groups, depending on school assignment
- Strong communication and organizational skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for students
- Provide specialized instruction and support tailored to student needs
- Collaborate with general education teachers, therapists, and families
- Maintain detailed records of student progress and program effectiveness
- Participate in professional development days as needed (typically 4 workdays per week, with occasional additional PD day)
