We are partnering with a school district in Nerstrand, MN to hire a Special Education Teacher for the remainder of the 2026–2027 school year.
Position Details
Full-time, 35 hours per week
Support a caseload of approximately 10–13 students
Provide individualized special education instruction based on student needs and IEP goals
Develop and implement appropriate instructional strategies
Monitor student progress and maintain required documentation
Collaborate with teachers, families, and related service providers
Support students' academic, behavioral, and social-emotional development
Qualifications
Appropriate Minnesota Special Education licensure required
Special education teaching experience preferred
Strong classroom management, communication, and collaboration skills
Ability to provide individualized support to students with diverse learning needs
