Core Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver individualized instructional plans tailored to each student’s abilities and goals
- Manage a full-time caseload, ensuring compliance with all special education laws and policies
- Collaborate with colleagues, families, and related service providers for holistic student support
- Maintain complete, accurate records and progress reports; prepare for and participate in IEP meetings
- Foster a positive, inclusive classroom environment that celebrates student strengths
- Implement evidence-based strategies and differentiated instruction to maximize student engagement and achievement
