Key Qualifications:
- Active California Education Specialist Instruction Credential (Mild/Moderate)
- Experience working with Mild to Moderate special education populations, preferably at the elementary level
- Strong communication skills, collaborative mindset, and genuine passion for student achievement
- Ability to adapt instruction to meet diverse learner needs
Role Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) and adapt lessons to accommodate each student’s unique abilities
- Collaborate with general education teachers, support staff, and families to foster a positive educational experience
- Provide direct instruction, interventions, and classroom support to K-2 or K-5 students
- Monitor student progress and maintain accurate documentation in compliance with state/federal guidelines
