Qualifications/Experience:
- Current, valid Special Education teaching license (required)
- Previous experience working with post-secondary aged students or transition programs preferred
- Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills
- Commitment to student-centered practices and inclusive education
Responsibilities:
- Deliver instruction and life skills programming to small groups of female students aged 18-21
- Maintain and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Collaborate with support staff and program directors to maximize student success
- Track and document progress toward unmet IEP goals
- Provide a supportive and structured environment that fosters independence
