You'll help young women, aged 18-21, who’ve graduated from high school but have outstanding IEP goals, setting them up for lasting success.

Qualifications/Experience:

  • Current, valid Special Education teaching license (required)
  • Previous experience working with post-secondary aged students or transition programs preferred
  • Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills
  • Commitment to student-centered practices and inclusive education

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver instruction and life skills programming to small groups of female students aged 18-21
  • Maintain and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
  • Collaborate with support staff and program directors to maximize student success
  • Track and document progress toward unmet IEP goals
  • Provide a supportive and structured environment that fosters independence
