Special Education Teacher in Osseo, MN

Required Qualifications:
- Valid Minnesota PELSB Special Education Teaching License (Tier 1 and 2 considered, though Tier 3 or 4 are preferred)
- Licensure in Emotional or Behavioral Disorders (EBD)
- Experience or enthusiasm for working within center-based classrooms
- Strong collaboration and communication skills
- Commitment to inclusive, student-centered education
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Create a positive, structured classroom culture focused on growth
- Collaborate with paraprofessionals, therapists, and other educators to support student progress
- Use evidence-based strategies to meet academic and behavioral goals
- Engage families in the educational journey and communicate student progress
