Qualifications and Experience:
- Valid CI (Cognitive Impairment) certification required

- Strong collaborative skills to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
Core Responsibilities:
- Provide direct academic and behavioral support to an 8 or 9-year-old student with cognitive and behavioral needs
- Implement individualized education plans (IEPs) while adapting instruction as needed
- Collaborate with team members, including behavioral and mental health professionals, ensuring a holistic approach to student progress
- Monitor, document, and report on student growth and areas of need
- Foster a safe, supportive, and engaging classroom environment
