What you’ll do:
- Serve as the long-term substitute special educator in a third-grade classroom
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) tailored to student needs

- Utilize creative and effective instructional strategies
- Maintain accurate records, monitor progress, and communicate regularly with families
- Participate in school meetings and foster positive relationships with school community
