Responsibilities:
- Serve as a Special Education Teacher for resource caseloads in elementary schools

- Maintain accurate records and progress reports, collaborating effectively with school teams
- Communicate regularly with families regarding student progress and strategies for support
- Participate in IEP meetings, parent conferences, and team collaboration sessions
- Foster a positive, safe, and inclusive classroom environment
- Adapt teaching strategies to meet shifting student requirements throughout the academic year
