Primary Responsibilities:

- Develop, implement, and update Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Collaborate closely with general education teachers to ensure successful inclusion and accommodations
- Maintain consistent communication with families regarding student progress and support needs
- Work alongside multiple resource teachers who offer mentorship and expert guidance
