Key Qualifications:
- Current certification as a Special Education Teacher
- Experience working in elementary special education environments

- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- For virtual roles: ability to secure 1099 status and liability insurance
Role Responsibilities:

- Employ evidence-based instructional and behavioral strategies
- Adapt instruction and materials to meet varying learning styles
- Participate in regular team meetings and contribute to school-wide initiatives
On-site W2 contractors will receive a competitive hourly pay range of $34 to $38, along with access to comprehensive benefits. Virtual candidates may apply on a 1099 contract basis, with liability insurance required.
