- Ability to work effectively with students, families, and multidisciplinary teams
Role Responsibilities:
- Plan, develop, and deliver instructional activities to students with mild to moderate or moderate to severe needs
- Adapt curriculum and teaching methods to meet individual IEP goals
- Administer assessments and monitor student progress
- Maintain accurate records and collaborate with staff, parents, and specialists
- Provide guidance and support to paraprofessionals or aides as needed
- Participate in IEP meetings, staff development, and regular team collaboration
