Qualifications & Desired Experience:

Responsibilities:
- Develop, adapt, and deliver effective lesson plans tailored to students’ unique abilities and learning goals
- Collaborate with general education teachers, therapists, and support staff to ensure each student’s educational and behavioral needs are met
- Assess student progress, maintain accurate records, and report on outcomes in compliance with district, state, and federal regulations
- Provide direct instruction in small groups or one-on-one settings, utilizing evidence-based strategies and accommodations
- Participate in IEP meetings, parent conferences, and professional development sessions
- Contribute to a supportive and welcoming school culture that promotes student growth and achievement
