Special Education Teacher - Saint Paul, MN

What we’re looking for:
- Active Minnesota teaching license in Special Education (required)
- Experience working within special education settings (inclusive of cognitive disabilities, emotional behavioral disorders, autism, or specific learning disabilities)
- Ability to collaborate with staff, students, and families to build a supportive education environment
- Willingness to adapt teaching strategies to meet varied student needs and learning levels
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Positive references and a history free of prior conflicts at St. Paul schools
Key responsibilities:
- Develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs)
- Monitor and document student progress
- Engage in data-driven instructional planning
- Work closely with classroom teachers, paraprofessionals, and school teams
- Foster inclusive, positive, and adaptive classroom communities
