This particular assignment is set in an ASD and EBD classroom supporting five students in grades 1–3, most of whom are on grade level in math but benefit from reading interventions and robust social-emotional support. Desired Skills & Certifications:
- Valid Special Education teaching certification (Tier 2 or Tier 3 required)
- ASD or EBD endorsements or hands-on experience preferred
- Proven ability to deliver social emotional learning and support classroom behaviors
- Strong collaboration and communication abilities
- Adaptability to individualize math and reading supports
Responsibilities:
- Foster a nurturing, inclusive classroom focused on social-emotional growth
