Qualifications & Experience:
- Valid teaching certification in Special Education (state eligibility or willingness to obtain)
- Previous experience teaching elementary grades, preferably 5th grade
- Strong knowledge of ELA and Math resource curriculum
- Ability to create and implement individualized educational plans (IEPs)
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and classroom management skills
