Primary Responsibilities:

- Foster a safe, inclusive, and supportive classroom culture
- Track progress and adjust teaching strategies as needed
- Communicate regularly with parents and staff to ensure consistency and support for students
- Participate in meetings, trainings, and professional development to continuously improve practice
