Your responsibilities:
- Deliver specialized instruction in algebra, geometry, and physics to high school students with varying learning needs.
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with multi-disciplinary teams.
- Monitor student progress and adjust teaching strategies as necessary to promote success and engagement.
- Maintain positive relationships with students, families, and support staff.
- Maintain accurate records and participate in meetings and trainings as required.
