Located in Sunnyvale, these contract opportunities provide the chance to serve elementary or middle school learners in inclusive and supportive environments. Both roles require a mild to moderate certification, and candidates must be comfortable managing IEPs and providing engaging instruction.
Available Assignments:

6th Grade Resource Specialist Program (RSP) | ELA Focus
- Dates: January 11, 2027 – June 10, 2027
- Serve 20 students in a 6th grade RSP setting
- Oversee IEP case management and deliver academic instruction

Self-Contained Classroom (K–5)
- Dates: March 1, 2027 – June 10, 2027
- Currently houses 3rd through 5th graders
- Collaborate with two experienced paraeducators
Qualifications:
- Valid Mild to Moderate Special Education Teaching credential (California)
- Experience with IEP case management and collaboration
- Skilled in delivering differentiated instruction and developing individualized plans
- Strong organizational and communication abilities
- Positive, adaptable, and committed to inclusive education
Responsibilities:
- Manage caseload of students per assignment with compassion and attention to detail
- Conduct student assessments, develop, and update IEPs
- Deliver targeted academic support in ELA or all core subjects, depending on assignment
- Collaborate with paraeducators, families, and multidisciplinary teams
- Participate in IEP meetings and staff development as needed
