Position Details

- Resource Specialist Program (RSP) support role
- Provides roving support at the Early Learning Center for a portion of each day
- Supports schools with higher caseload needs throughout the district
Requirements
- Active California Commission on Teacher Credentialing (CTC) Mild/Moderate Education Specialist Credential required
- Previous school-based special education experience preferred
- Experience supporting students through RSP services is encouraged
Job Responsibilities
- Provide specialized instruction and RSP support to students with diverse learning needs
- Deliver services aligned with students’ Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Collaborate with general education teachers, special education staff, administrators, and families
- Support students across multiple school sites as needed
- Monitor student progress and maintain accurate documentation
- Foster an inclusive learning environment that promotes academic, behavioral, and social-emotional growth
Pay
- $38–40/hour (based on experience, credentials, and placement)
