Special Education Teacher - Anaheim, California

Two positions are available for motivated Special Education Teachers: one in an SDC (Special Day Class) setting and one in an RSP (Resource Specialist Program) environment. You’ll play a vital role in creating an inclusive classroom atmosphere that fosters growth and confidence for each student.
Desired Qualifications & Experience:
- Active Special Education Teaching credential required
- Passion for supporting students with diverse learning needs
- Experience developing and implementing individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Ability to adapt and modify curriculum to meet a variety of learning styles
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with colleagues, students, and families
- Previous experience in SDC or RSP settings is a plus
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and deliver instruction aligned with students’ individualized goals
- Conduct assessments and monitor progress toward educational objectives
- Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with all regulatory guidelines
- Collaborate closely with general education teachers, support staff, and parents to ensure student success
- Create a safe, structured, and positive environment for all learners
- Participate in IEP meetings and professional development opportunities
