- Strong background in working with students across a variety of needs including Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), ADHD, Emotional Behavioral Disorders (EBD), learning and intellectual disabilities, developmental disabilities, Down Syndrome, traumatic brain injury (TBI), orthopedic impairments, and multiple disabilities
- Skilled in case management, progress monitoring, data collection, and compliance documentation
- Collaborative approach to supporting students, families, and educational teams

- Design and implement effective Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) tailored to student needs
- Actively participate in eligibility and IEP meetings, ensuring each student’s education aligns with legal requirements and best practices
