- Ability to create and implement visual supports, structured routines, and predictable classroom schedules to enhance student engagement
- Skilled in independently developing and adapting engaging, meaningful lesson plans aligned with IEP goals
- Effective leadership in guiding and supporting paraprofessionals to ensure a safe, positive learning atmosphere
- Passion for collaboration and communication with families, specialists, and school teams
- Valid credentials in special education with autism emphasis strongly preferred
