Qualifications:
- Appropriate state certification/licensure for Special Education
- Experience with K-5 and/or preschool populations preferred
- Background working with independent and structured special education classrooms highly valued
- Strong communication and collaborative skills
- Positive, adaptable attitude
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Foster a supportive, inclusive classroom environment
- Collaborate with general education teachers, families, and support staff
- Track and report student progress, adjusting strategies as needed
- Maintain all required documentation and compliance standards
