Openings include roles in both independent learning and structured classroom settings. The positions are located near Tacoma, WA and extend from now through February, with the possibility of extension.

Qualifications & Experience:
- Valid Special Education teaching certification
- Experience working with elementary age students (K-5) or preschool
- Familiarity with independent learning and structured classroom environments
- Ability to create inclusive, supportive classroom communities
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with staff and families
- Ability to adapt instruction to individual student needs and IEPs
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver differentiated instruction for students in either independent or structured settings
- Implement and monitor IEPs and behavior plans
- Foster positive, productive learning environments tailored to individual abilities
- Collaborate closely with general education staff, paraprofessionals, and support team
- Maintain accurate records, documentation, and progress reports
- Communicate effectively with families regarding student progress, goals, and resources
