Responsibilities:
- Process and track all incoming Medi-cal requests accurately and efficiently
- Monitor and manage random time surveys from Medicaid, ensuring proper procedures are being adhered to
- Collaborate with district staff and other clerical personnel to verify timely and accurate information submission
- Host monthly meetings with Medi-cal representatives to review compliance, timekeeping, and procedural updates
- Provide reliable organizational support, maintaining digital and physical records as needed
