Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement tailored instruction based on students’ educational needs
- Develop, review, and update IEPs in partnership with multidisciplinary teams
- Track and assess student progress, adjusting approaches as necessary
- Maintain documentation in accordance with regulations and school policies
- Employ a variety of teaching methodologies, including one-on-one, small group, and inclusive classroom strategies
- Participate in ongoing professional development and school meetings
