Key Qualifications:

- Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills.
Role Responsibilities:
- Deliver instruction and behavioral support to students in an elementary BIC classroom, focusing on individual academic and emotional needs.
- Develop, implement, and update IEPs, working closely with families and interdisciplinary teams to ensure student success.
- Employ a variety of evidence-based strategies to foster positive classroom management and student engagement.
