Key Qualifications & Experience:
- Valid Special Education Teacher certification required

Role Responsibilities:
- Provide targeted instruction and behavioral support to K-1st grade students in a resource room setting
- Develop and adapt curriculum materials to foster academic, social, and emotional growth
- Maintain a safe and supportive environment tailored to students’ individual learning plans
- Monitor student progress and document data to inform instruction and IEP meetings
- Collaborate with general education staff, related service providers, and families to ensure a cohesive educational approach
- Attend school meetings, parent conferences, and professional development as needed
