Key Requirements:

Core Responsibilities:
- Deliver differentiated instruction that meets students’ unique needs
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Assess student progress, adjusting strategies to maximize learning outcomes
- Maintain detailed records and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations
- Participate in eligibility meetings, parent conferences, and ongoing professional development
- Foster a nurturing and inclusive classroom atmosphere to encourage student confidence and achievement
This onsite position follows the Longview-area school calendar: August 26, 2026, through June 11, 2027, with a schedule of Monday through Friday, seven hours daily. Interviews will begin promptly, with in-person discussions preferred and Zoom options available for flexibility.
