About the Role
We are seeking a licensed School Psychologist to support a K-12 caseload in the Fort Worth area. This is a school-based position focused on delivering high-quality psychological services to students, collaborating with educators and families, and supporting the overall mental health and academic success of the school community.
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive psychoeducational evaluations and assessments for students across grades K-12
- Provide individual and group counseling services
- Develop and support behavioral intervention plans and functional behavior assessments
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and multidisciplinary teams on MTSS/RTI processes
- Participate in IEP meetings and assist with special education eligibility determinations
- Offer consultation to staff and families regarding student social-emotional and behavioral needs
- Maintain accurate documentation and comply with all district, state, and federal guidelines
Qualifications
- Active Texas license as a School Psychologist (LSSP) required
- Experience working with diverse K-12 student populations preferred
- Strong knowledge of assessment tools, special education law, and best practices in school psychology
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage a varied caseload effectively
