Requirements & Preferred Experience:
- Valid Special Education teaching certification (Early Interventionalist Certificate required for one role)
- Experience working with Pre K-5th Grade or Pre K-2nd foundational learners
- Strong understanding of individualized education plans (IEPs) and special education documentation
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and classroom management skills
- Ability to adapt lessons and interventions to diverse learning profiles
- Commitment to fostering an inclusive and supportive classroom culture
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver evidence-based instructional plans tailored to individual student needs
- Collaborate with general education teachers, support staff, and families to promote student success
- Conduct assessments and track student progress using data-driven approaches
- Create and maintain IEPs and ensure compliance with all educational guidelines
- Cultivate a positive learning environment that encourages growth, independence, and self-advocacy
- Position 1 (Full Time, Pre K-5th Grade): Teach throughout the 26/27 school year, shaping young minds and supporting developmental milestones.
- Position 2 (Pre K-2nd Foundational Learning): Begin ASAP to gain familiarity with curriculum and protocols prior to the school year starting.
