Special Education Teacher in Andover, MN

Qualifications:
- Valid Minnesota teaching license with an Early Childhood Special Education endorsement
- Dual certification required; candidates must provide a PDF of their license for consideration
- Previous experience in special education and working with young children strongly preferred
- Strong understanding of individualized education plans (IEPs) and developmentally appropriate practices
- Positive communication and collaboration skills for engaging with students, families, and fellow educators
Responsibilities:
- Deliver developmentally appropriate special education instruction to preschool-aged children
- Collaborate with instructional teams to create and implement effective IEPs
- Adapt learning strategies to support a variety of student needs
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and communicate regularly with families
