Special Education Teacher - Anoka, Minnesota

Key Qualifications:
- Current Minnesota Special Education Teacher license (Tier 3 or Tier 4 required)
- Experience or strong interest in serving students with autism and developmental differences
- Ability to adapt teaching strategies to meet individual student needs
- Demonstrated commitment to fostering an inclusive, nurturing classroom
- Effective communication skills for collaborating with families, colleagues, and support staff
Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver tailored instruction to elementary students within the Ready, Set, Launch program
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Collaborate closely with other educators and related service providers
- Monitor student progress and document goal attainment
- Foster a positive, structured classroom environment where all learners feel valued
- Engage with families, providing frequent updates and resources
