Special Education Teacher | Maple Grove, Minnesota

Key Qualifications:
- Valid Minnesota Special Education Teacher License (Tier 3 or Tier 4 required)
- Experience working with children with autism or developmental disabilities preferred
- Strong classroom management and individualized instruction skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively with general education staff, related service providers, and families
- Passion for fostering independence, communication, and social-emotional skills in diverse learners
Primary Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and monitor IEPs tailored to each student’s needs within the Ready, Set, Launch program
- Deliver specially designed instruction in small group and one-on-one settings
- Track student progress and adapt strategies to ensure meaningful growth
- Regularly communicate with families and collaborate with school-based teams
- Participate in ongoing professional development opportunities offered by the program
- Maintain accurate records and comply with district, state, and federal special education mandates
